My business philosophy is to provide high quality, reliable service for my customers. My objective is to perform a thorough inspection and provide a detailed report.  My goal is to go through each home as if I was buying it for myself.  My approach is to use a "fine tooth comb" to uncover the defects in the home in order to provide you with the information you need so that you can better understand the home in which you are investing.

As an introduction, I would like to tell you how my experience in real estate and construction can be of benefit to you and your clients.   For eight years, I sold real estate in the Triangle area and I have a solid understanding of the transaction process.   Then in 2002, I started a homebuilding company and two years later also began a home inspection company in the area.   With my background, I have real experience and understanding of how homes are designed and built and how they should function.
